Over the years, our club has grown from a small group of 20 members at its founding in 1967 to a group of more than 2,400! We didn't grow by skimping on great benefits for our members. We offer "tangibles" such as events, races, discounts and our "members-only" website, but our greatest benefit of all is an "intangible" — the chance to make new friends. Some of the nicest people you will ever meet will be running alongside you with smiling faces!
- Eight Free-to-Members Club Races per year - in January, February, April, June, July, August, September, and October. The races include short and long distances and even a relay!
- Discounts on Three Signature DRC Races each year - Trinity River Levee Run 10K in March, the White Rock N Roll in May, and the DRC Half Marathon in November
- Access to low-cost half marathon and full marathon training programs - For $30, you can train for 16 weeks in our Spring 2009 training program!

- Free One-Year subscription to Inside Texas Running magazine - Startlines, our club newsletter, is contained within 4 pages of this periodical delivered to runners across the state.
- "Members-Only" Website - allows you to easily and quickly register for DRC races and activities and connect with other members through iMessaging, Message Boards, Member Profiles and an interactive Calendar
- Other Activities throughout the year - including the DRC Half Marathon training program and cheer on your fellow runners at the DRC-Sponsored Mile 16 Aid Station at Wellstone's Dallas White Rock Marathon each December
- Area Group Runs and Walks - this list is member-led group runs and walks, and there is one weekly DRC-sponsored run on Wednesday nights.
