You will get:

  • Awards for the top 3 - 10K finishers in all age group categories
  • Colorful event T-shirts (for the first 500 registrants)
  • Prize drawings
  • Plenty of food and refreshments including breakfast tacos!
  • Post race celebratory beer for those of proper age.

The Trinity is a little bit of nature in the heart of the Metroplex.  Come be a part of the future!

What is running all about?
Is it simply sweat and strain?
Do we go for miles and miles,
Same trails without refrain?
If you could explore on foot,
Find new and different places;
Would the change not inspire,
And perhaps improve your races?
Or, maybe racing is not your goal,
Desiring only the gratification,
Of being with kindred spirits
And to enjoy the participation?
Whatever motive makes you move,
You’ll find Nature is nearby
With hawks overhead, The Trinity Run
Is certainly worth a try!

-- Glenn Carter, DRC President 2005-2006 and one of the founders of the Trinity River Levee Run
