Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center Marathon Training Program

Skill Level First-time marathoners to experienced marathon veterans; minimum fitness level of 10 training miles per week suggested
Duration 20-week intensive training, begins in late July
Goal Race Dallas White Rock Marathon, Las Vegas Marathon, Honolulu Marathon
Details Training program includes: an individualized, day-by-day training schedule; supervised Saturday runs with maps; aid stations and post-workout refreshments; and monthly training seminars featuring such subjects as proper nutrition, training in the heat, injury prevention and more.
Fee $125 and includes all of the supervised workouts, individualized training plans and the monthly seminars
