| 2009 DRC Holiday Party and Annual Meeting |

As a special thanks to our members and their loyal support, we are excited to announce that our Annual Meeting and DRC Holiday Party will be held at the Blue Mesa Grill in Dallas. This event will occur on Wednesday, December 16th.
Annual Meeting, 6PM-7PM:
Prior to our celebration, we will hold our annual meeting for the club’s members. Members will vote for board member seats for the next two years.
Holiday Party, 7PM-10PM:
Members pay only a very small portion of the costs at $15 per person. We'll be enjoying great appetizers, dinner, drinks, and dessert. We will also be presenting various awards to celebrate our annual accomplishments including the City Championship Series. Register early so we get an accurate final headcount to Blue Mesa Grill. This event will sell out! Registration deadline is 11:59 pm, December 14.
